The continuous process is used to manufacture these materials. The different stages consist of:

  • metering of aggregates or RAP in order to reconstitute a given particle size grade
  • metering and addition of water
  • metering and addition of binder (hydraulic binder for treated gravels and bitumen emulsion or bitumen foam for cold-mix asphalts)
  • final mixture of components

 

  • Cold feed bins with weighing or volumetric extractors
  • Conveyor belts
  • Automated system for managing the metering of constituents and plant's general operations
  • 100 to 275 t/h mixer for cold-mix asphalts and up to 1.500 t/h for treated gravel
  • Anti-segregation hopper

 

Module for recycled materials
Independent system used for the direct processing of crushed materials and asphalt slabs.
The extractor is specifically designed for recycled materials.
Calibration of RAP via a screen and a crusher.
Final particle size: 0/31.5 mm
