The continuous process is used to manufacture these materials. The different stages consist of:
- metering of aggregates or RAP in order to reconstitute a given particle size grade
- metering and addition of water
- metering and addition of binder (hydraulic binder for treated gravels and bitumen emulsion or bitumen foam for cold-mix asphalts)
- final mixture of components

with a low mixer (MB PACK) for recombined wet graded aggregates and cement-bound material, and a high mixer (MH PACK) for all types of products, including emulsion bound graded aggregates and cold-mix asphalts.
