The Roadstar family consists of three mobile batch-mix basic models. These products are held in high appreciation by our international customers facing screening problems and the need to monitor the quality of aggregates closely, while remaining faithful to the batch-mix solution. These production plants are really intended for small to medium-size production sites (from 60 to 200 tph according to the models), carrying out occasional operations in the framework of road maintenance or localised construction projects.
All of our sub-assemblies are mobile, trailer-mounted, and ready to be hitched to trucks.

• Batch: 2,500 to 2,850 kg

It can be set in the correct working position, by using hydraulic jacks, except for the screen section.
The largest model in the range, with a 2.2 m diameter dryer drum and a 624 sq.m. bag filter, RS2700 is capable of maintaining a very high production output at 5% water content without any decline in the rate of output. This is a key advantage in relation to competing models.
